friendly trails behind the National Ability Center. Matt’s
Flat, Ability Way and Round Valley Express make the perfect
training ground for beginning mountain bike riders. Approximate
trail time: 1-2 hours by bike, depending on options.
Payday Lift to Mid-Mountain to Spiro: Ride
PCMR’s Payday Lift to start your ride or hike at 8,000

on foot, 1.5 hours by bike.
Mid-Mountain Trail from Silver Lake to The Canyons: Shuttle
your car to Deer Valley’s Silver Lake area for this stunning

International Mountain Bicycling Association classifies as
one of the world’s “Epic Rides.” For a shorter
ride, descend through Park City Mountain Resort to the Spiro
Trail. For the full ride, approximate trail time: 4 hours by
bike. |
